Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition

 

Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Management

  • Drive business growth through client acquisition, expansion, and retention in staffing and talent solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and exceptional service delivery.
  • Lead client onboarding, transition, and engagement processes to align with recruitment delivery teams.
  • Design and implement client engagement and account growth strategies focused on service excellence and profitability.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify new opportunities in the staffing and workforce domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, HR leaders, and procurement teams.

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and inspire a team of recruiters, account managers, and business development professionals to achieve business targets.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and instill a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance recruitment and client management capabilities.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture that drives innovation and ownership.
  • Oversee manpower planning, team hiring, onboarding, and performance management within the talent acquisition function.

Strategic & Operational Excellence

  • Develop and execute strategic business and talent acquisition plans aligned with overall growth vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, and Compliance for smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance norms, and quality standards across all client engagements.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and elevate client satisfaction.

Leadership Impact

  • Contribute to organizational strategy and participate in leadership discussions to shape business direction.
  • Represent at client meetings, industry events, and forums to strengthen brand positioning.
  • Champion digital innovation, technology adoption, and best practices in staffing operations to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience, including 8–10 years in staffing, workforce management, or talent acquisition leadership.
  • Proven success in client relationship management, business growth, and team leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of staffing models, workforce planning, and end-to-end recruitment operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
