Job Title: Sales Success Associate
Work location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
• Assist in strategic projects and maintain trackers for onboarding and client engagement.
• Support seamless client transitions by providing technical guidance and tracking migration progress.
• Manage client databases and create accessible repositories linked to Salesforce.
• Execute enablement tasks, raise requests, and audit client access and entitlements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive approvals, action and ensure smooth client servicing.
• Build dashboards and automate reports to support client targeting and decision-making.
• Maintain training materials and contribute to SOPs and knowledge repositories.
• Organize meetings, document minutes, and support mass communication for campaigns.
• Aid in generating reports for retention planning and analyse data trends to converting leads into opportunities for Front line teams.
 
The candidate should be experienced in the following:
• Candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, preferably in the Fintech, BFSI, Financial services or Capital markets.
• Proven ability to manage client interactions, support migrations, and coordinate across internal teams (Product, Tech, Support).
• Experience in supporting sales enablement, executing strategic projects, and handling administrative tasks like onboarding, FXall admin, and entitlement audits.
• Familiarity in platforms like Salesforce, Transaction platforms, STP Vendor platforms or their managements.
• Skilled in maintaining client databases, using Excel/Power BI for dashboards, and automating reports for usage and volume analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to create SOPs, training guides, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to troubleshoot client issues, track project progress, and contribute to knowledge bases and playbooks.
