2.Shift timing – 12 PM to 9 PM

3.Contract duration – 1 year

4.Location- Bangalore

5.WFO/Hybrid - Hybrid

6.Acceptable Notice Period- 30 days

7.Must have skillset- Excellent written and verbal communication, HR/people-ops background with access/entitlements exposure, Good documentation habits and stakeholder communication. Also, someone with knowledge on Workday Security

 

Skills:

The HR Entitlement Analyst (Contractor/Contingent) should possess analytical and problem-solving skills and have an attitude toward learning various HR applications. The key responsibility is to  administer access to various HR systems, troubleshoot and implement solutions to system issues related to entitlements, define and manage various audits, and handle ad-hoc activities. The ideal candidate will also be accountable for delivering key projects related to system upgrades, reorganizations, and process improvements.

  • Managing escalations and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Managing operations processes within the agreed-upon deadlines, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ensuring data quality and accuracy by running data audits and working with HR partners to correct the entitlements
  • Collaborating with global HR partners to execute system configurations
  • Troubleshooting issues related to HR systems
  • Identifying process gaps and system issues through day-to-day transactional/operational work and/or audits, and engaging appropriate stakeholders to determine resolutions
  • Defining and maintaining metrics and KPIs
  • Executing manual control processes to mitigate risk

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2–5 years of identity and access management experience. Human Resources experience and experience working within Financial Services are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Workday security administration exp
  • Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and in writing in a persuasive and appropriate manner
  • Ability to solicit information from stakeholders at various levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage deadlines; attention to detail and critical thinking are a must
  • Strong experience with MS Excel (proficient in the use of functions, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint (advanced Excel and Access are an added advantage)
  • Experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs related to HR Identity and Access Management
  • Ability to create and maintain process documentation
  • Ability to prioritize; willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
  • Should be a team player and possess the ability to work independently to “figure things out” and be comfortable proposing solutions
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
