Job Title: Graphic Designer – Marketing & Communication
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop high-impact visuals for social media campaigns, sales presentations, corporate videos, and marketing collaterals. The ideal candidate should combine strong design skills with an understanding of brand consistency, digital marketing needs, and corporate communication aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
- Create social media creatives (static posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives) aligned with campaign goals.
- Design visually compelling presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for sales and leadership teams.
- Develop layouts for corporate marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, whitepapers, newsletters, and email templates.
- Create videos for product explainers, marketing campaigns, and event highlights.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
- Work closely with content, SEO/PPC, and social media teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Translate briefs into creative concepts and deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Provide design support for events, webinars, and corporate communications.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated with latest design trends, social media formats, and UI/UX practices.
- Proactively suggest creative ideas to improve brand presence across channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- 2–4 years’ experience in corporate/marketing design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Figma for UI/UX designs.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva for quick-turnaround designs.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent).
- Understanding of social media formats and platform specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver under deadlines.
