Job Description:
Requirements:
· 6 years of experience in test environment management.
· Experience in Microsoft and Linux are mandatory, need to have fair idea of Server hardware and computer networking technology.
· Application troubleshooting – checking application connectivity & configuration
· Application/Code deployment on servers and SDLC knowledge
· Excellent customer focus and communications skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems and have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
· Installing, Configuring & Troubleshooting IIS, Oracle and MS SQL Databases, Application & Server Setup/maintenance activities in clustered(BIGIP/3DNS) environment
· Experience in deploying Application and DB code using various automation tools or manual deployment
· Should have an hands on experience as an PL/SQL, SQL-DBA and SharePoint administration is a must.
Optional skills if required we can add:
· Experience using Monitoring, ticketing, automation, Knowledge Base & reporting tools. Handling planned, unplanned Outage, escalation hierarchies.
· Should have worked in SLA/metrics driven environment.
· Good understanding on Incident, Problem & Change management.
· Prod & Non Prod Environment (Software Development Life Cycle) .
· Capability to deal issues based on Severity & experience in handling complex issues.
· Good documentation skills & ability to create knowledge base articles for common issues.
· Target driven approach & multitasking skills . Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
