Job Description

Duties:

  • Track inventory using management system.
  • Perform regular physical audits and reconcile with records for accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory and asset records, including locations.
  • Use technologies like barcodes, RFID, or GPS for asset tracking.
  • Label assets for easy identification and tracking throughout their lifecycle.
  • Monitor asset location, condition, and maintenance status.
  • Record and report on inventory movements and discrepancies.
  • Supervise receiving, storage, and shipping procedures.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for quality control.
  • Analyze data to forecast inventory needs and plan purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
