Job Description
Duties:
Track inventory using management system.
Perform regular physical audits and reconcile with records for accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date inventory and asset records, including locations.
Use technologies like barcodes, RFID, or GPS for asset tracking.
Label assets for easy identification and tracking throughout their lifecycle.
Monitor asset location, condition, and maintenance status.
Record and report on inventory movements and discrepancies.
Supervise receiving, storage, and shipping procedures.
Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for quality control.
Analyze data to forecast inventory needs and plan purchases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
