Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and FTE roles for roles like Java developer, AEM Architect, Salesforce engineer, AI analyst
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals like Naukri, Linkedin.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (C2C/C2H/FTE).
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Must be based in Jaipur and open to work from office.
