This role sits within the Order Management and Data Management team, which forms part of Customer Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide input to Manager regarding process changes and updates affecting internal procedures, products and services; as a result, may update internal processes to reflect such changes and support team to understand/implement new policies/procedures
- Work along with TCS, Billing Support, CSS functions to craft effective and simple process flows and also identify blockers crafting an effective operating model.
- Be the owners for critical workflows and support – SAP Support, Adhoc bulk projects, etc.
- Engage with various collaborators to identify key process and support the challenges and work towards efficiencies.
- Support all major change/improvement initiatives by supporting UAT and BVT tests
-Acts as Domain Authority and mentor to the wider and when needed
- Feedback is shared with the manager on common customer concerns and ideas for resolution
- Partner along with the Learning and Development team for process trainings requirements
- Work with BAU operational teams to roll out process refreshers
- Identify and work on order to cash simplification and stream lining projects working along with Master Black Belts using BPI methodology
- Liaise with various teams on system and technical issues impacting Order Management workflow. Drive projects to reduce recurring system and knowledge issues with both Technical and Order Management team respectively.
