Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary operations support for the Stock Loan Business Unit.
• Execute trade amendments, bookings, and exception management for NY-based Stock Loan trades.
• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing and risk awareness.
• Reconcile positions and perform trade lifecycle amendments to reduce operational risk.
• Maintain robust control frameworks and adhere to escalation protocols.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure risk is effectively managed across key coverage markets.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Prior experience in Equities or Stock Loan Middle Office / Operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritize effectively.
• Flexibility with working hours to support US shift requirements.
• Fast learner with a proactive approach to change management.
• Strong understanding of escalation procedures and risk management.
• Capable of working independently and under pressure.
• Demonstrates accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Willingness to challenge existing processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
