Job Title: Cloud Platform Engineer (Mid-Level / Junior)
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and technically strong?Cloud Platform Engineer?to join the?Content Amplify team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Python development and cloud technologies, who is eager to grow in MLOps and platform engineering.
You’ll work alongside senior engineers and data scientists to build scalable infrastructure, support ML workflows, and contribute to the development of high-performance systems that transform financial data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Python-based services and tools.
- Support cloud infrastructure using AWS or Azure
- Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL workflows.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to integrate classic ML/LLM models.
- Help implement monitoring, logging, and basic resilience strategies.
- Contribute to API development and system integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
- 2–4 years of experience in software development (Python).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms AWS or Azure (Azure preferred).
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to ML workflows or data science collaboration.
- Experience with Python libraries like Pandas, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of DevOps principles and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Interest in NLP or ML libraries (e.g., spaCy, scikit-learn).
