About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter – Healthcare to join our US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals across a variety of clinical and non-clinical roles.
This role requires extensive experience working with MSP programs, proficiency in VMS portals, and hands-on expertise with ATS systems. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting our healthcare staffing initiatives while ensuring a high-quality recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate suitability based on clinical and non-clinical role requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview coordination, communication with hiring managers, and supporting offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with MSP clients to understand job requisitions, hiring needs, and submission benchmarks.
- Utilize VMS portals such as Fieldglass, Beeline, etc., for candidate submissions, requisition management, and status tracking.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Work independently to meet deadlines and achieve recruitment targets in a fast-paced US shift environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of US recruitment experience, specifically within the Healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare job categories such as nursing, allied health, medical technicians, administrative healthcare roles, and specialized medical positions.
- Proven experience working with MSP programs and submitting candidates through VMS portals (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and professional networks.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Bachelors required in any field
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for US hiring (e.g., work authorization types).
