About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Technical Recruiter – Healthcare to join our US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and placing candidates across healthcare domains, along with hands-on experience supporting MSP-driven staffing programs. This role requires proficiency in working with VMS portals, ATS systems, and the ability to handle the complete recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision.
This position offers an opportunity to work with leading MSP clients, contribute to process improvements, and play a key role in fulfilling critical healthcare staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct detailed screening calls and technical/non-technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit for client roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including resume screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and supporting offer negotiations.
- Partner closely with MSP clients to understand hiring priorities, job requirements, and submission expectations.
- Utilize VMS systems (such as Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) for job management, candidate submissions, and requirement tracking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
- Support team goals and collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of US recruitment experience, with a strong focus on Healthcare recruitment.
- Deep understanding of healthcare job roles such as nurses, therapists, clinicians, medical technicians, administrative healthcare staff, and specialized medical positions.
- Strong experience working with MSP programs and submitting candidates through VMS portals (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
- Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining accuracy and speed.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced US shift environment.

- Knowledge of compliance requirements for US hiring (e.g., work authorization types).
