Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter – Pharma to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in US recruitment with proven expertise in sourcing and placing candidates across various Pharmaceutical domains. This role requires deep experience working with MSP clients, navigating VMS portals, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes through ATS platforms. The candidate should be capable of working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment and delivering quality talent within aggressive timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Pharmaceutical roles, including sourcing, screening, assessment, and candidate submission.
- Partner closely with MSP clients to understand requisitions, hiring priorities, and project timelines.
- Utilize VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar tools to track job orders, submit candidates, and manage updates efficiently.
- Perform advanced sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, Boolean searches, and networking within specialized pharma talent pools.
- Conduct detailed screening calls and interviews to evaluate both technical expertise and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate, updated, and compliant records in the ATS while ensuring alignment with client and MSP guidelines.
- Mentor junior recruiters when required and contribute to process improvements within the recruitment team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to enhance their hiring experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of US recruitment experience, specifically focused on the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences sector.
- Strong understanding of pharma job functions such as R&D, clinical research, QA/QC, regulatory affairs, validation, manufacturing, and scientific roles.
- Hands-on experience working with MSP programs and submitting candidates through VMS portals (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess candidate fit based on technical and non-technical criteria.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver within strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment.
