About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter – IT to join our US Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing and placing IT professionals, particularly within MSP-driven environments. This role requires strong familiarity with VMS portals and ATS systems, along with the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified IT candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate suitability based on technical and non-technical requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting offer negotiations.
- Work closely with MSP clients to understand job requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidate submissions.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Solid understanding of IT job roles and technical skill sets.
- Experience working with MSP programs and submitting candidates through VMS portals.
- Hands-on working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced US shift environment.
- Strong sourcing skills using tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Bachelors required in any field
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for US hiring (e.g., work authorization types).
