Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing candidates within IT sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with MSP (Managed Service Provider) clients and utilizing VMS (Vendor Management System) portals. A hands-on understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a must.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of US-based recruitment experience, with a focus on IT sectors.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct initial screening calls, interviews, and assessments to match candidates with appropriate client roles.
  • Strong understanding of MSP and VMS portals (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) and working with MSP clients.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
