Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Customer Data Insights Application Engineer to lead the setup, configuration, integration, and optimization of customer data platforms. This role is pivotal in transforming fragmented customer data into actionable intelligence, supporting regulatory compliance, and enabling strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Application Setup & Deployment
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of customer data analytics platforms and tools.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, cleansing, and enrichment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to configure data ingestion, cleansing, and enrichment processes.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and data warehouses.

Customer Data Engineering
• Implement data matching, deduplication, and scoring logic to unify customer records.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Support metadata management and data lineage tracking.

Insights & Outcome Management
• Build and optimize workflows to extract meaningful insights from customer data.
• Drive the generation of customer intelligence to support compliance (KYC/AML), risk assessment, and business development.
• Translate data outputs into actionable insights for business units and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights.
• Translate technical outputs into usable formats for business stakeholders.

Operational Excellence
• Manage large-scale data operations involving millions of customer records.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues proactively.

Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary liaison between business, compliance, and technology teams.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for platform users.
• Present insights and outcomes to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer data management, analytics, or financial crime systems.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (KYC, AML).
• Experience with data integration, cleansing, and matching technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge on AWS, Azure cloud platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data processing languages
Preferred Skills:

• Experience with customer data platforms and data governance tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
