1. Logistics planning for Goods movement from 3PL Warehouse to Distribution centres & Customers.
2. Coordinate with 3PL Transportation movements and manage service performance (as per KPI).
3. Effective Co-ordination with logistics service providers for timely vehicle availability and placements.
4. Collaborative working along with various internal stakeholders such as Customer Excellence, CWH.
5. Generate Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reports and thereby monitor performance of service providers through set Logistics KPI’s and Track and analyze 3PL COL metrics.
6. Processing of vendor bills, payables and monthly provisioning.
7. Track, manage, and renew 3PL transporter agreements.
8. Upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents into CRM from all transporters. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for audit and reconciliation.
9. Review and validate 3PL bills monthly. Coordinate with transporters to resolve if any discrepancies in the Invoice.
10. Monitor and address logistics-related customer complaints and collaborate with internal teams and transporters for resolution.
11. Implement load consolidation strategies to optimize transport efficiency. Lead Kaizen initiatives to improve cost and service levels.
12. Compile and share weekly operational highlights with stakeholders.
13. Arrange return pickups from distributors or customers. Ensure timely execution and documentation of reverse logistics.
14. Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely issuance and closure of credit notes.
15. Facilitate weekly DMS (Daily Management System) calls with stakeholders to review performance, address issues, and align on priorities.Document action items from DMS calls and follow up to ensure timely closure and accountability across teams and service providers.
