Position : Azure Data Expert

Exp – 6-8 yrs

Emp type – Remote



Note: These are going to be hands-on technical roles, No Leads/Managers/Scrum Masters/designers/Architects will be considered.

 

Overall Responsibilities 

 

  • Develop and manage data pipelines on Microsoft Azure/Fabric for internal and external data sources.

 

  • Ensure data pipelines are optimized for reliability and scalability.

 

  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our cloud architecture while aligning with business goals.

 

  • Ensure adherence to security best practices in cloud operations.

 

 

 

Technical Responsibilities

 

Mandatory Skills:

 

  • Hands-on experience with Azure storage platforms preferably, Microsoft Fabric/Databricks.

 

  • Hands-on experience in developing PySpark codes for data processing, transformation, and loading.

 

  • Hands-on experience in developing backend API frameworks using .Net 8.

 

  • Deployment of coding artefacts using Azure DevOps.

 

  • Experience implementing Azure Networking solutions (VNET, Subnets, App Gateway, APIM, Key-Vault) for secured deployment.

 

  • Integrate cloud-based solutions with on-premises systems.

 

  • Experience implementing Data Governance activities using Azure Purview

 

  • In-depth knowledge of Azure architecture components, including compute, storage, networking, and security.

 

  • Optimize cloud storage solutions for performance and cost.

 

  • Develop cloud-native security frameworks for compliance.

 

  • Certification in Azure specializations like Fabric, Databricks, Networking/Security etc.

 

 

 

Good-to-have:

 

  • Establish monitoring and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and third-party tools.

 

  • Configure automated scaling solutions to handle workload fluctuations.

 

  • Design high-performance data pipelines using cloud-native tools.

 

  • Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, processes, and technical specifications
