The role supports India Regulatory Reporting within the Enterprise Risk and Finance (ERF) application production support team, with a focus on the Fintellix application. The candidate will ensure timely and accurate reporting aligned with RBI requirements, manage production incidents, and coordinate with stakeholders for regulatory submissions.

In addition to day-to-day application support, the role requires team leadership to coordinate workloads, maintain a stable environment, drive operational excellence, and contribute to key initiatives. The candidate will also support regulatory assessments and audit requests. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required for incident support, change releases, and project activities.

 

Responsibilities

Application Production Support for the client's Enterprise Risk and Finance Applications, primary responsibilities include but not limited to

  1. Provide end-to-end production support for the Fintellix platform, ensuring stability and timely delivery of India regulatory reports, including FORM A and other RBI-mandated submissions.
  2. Partner with business users, Tech teams, and vendors to meet regulatory reporting timelines and resolve issues impacting submissions.
  3. Coordinate incident resolution, change management, and environment readiness activities across internal and external teams.
  4. Investigate and resolve production incidents; perform root cause analysis and drive permanent remediation through Problem Management.
  5. Manage incidents, problems, and changes using enterprise tools.
  6. Drive automation, operational efficiency, and system enhancements to improve platform reliability and performance.
  7. Work effectively with onshore and offshore partners to provide seamless support coverage.
  8. Respond to audit, risk, and regulatory assessment requests with accurate and timely information.
  9. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
  10. Produce operational metrics and reports to support decision-making and collaborate with Data Governance and key stakeholders.

Regulatory & Functional

  • 5 - 8+ years hands on experience with Fintellix or similar regulatory reporting tools.
  • Strong experience in India Regulatory Reporting / RBI reporting.

Technical

  • 5- 8+ years in production support.
  • Strong in Unix/Linux, Windows, Oracle SQL, and scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow / Remedy / Splunk / Dynatrace.
  • Good understanding of batch processes (event driven and schedule driven).

Operational

  • Solid experience in incident/problem management, severity handling, and restoration.
  • Ability to support audit queries and risk reviews.
  • Willing to work evenings/weekends for releases or incident support.
  • Act as escalation point for unresolved issues and service requests.

Communication

  • Strong verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross functional, audit, and regulatory teams.

 

Desired Skills

 

  1. Exposure to GFRR / NFRR frameworks.
  2. Experience in multinational banking or matrix environments.
  3. Experience driving automation and operational improvements.
  4. Familiarity with creating metrics/dashboards for governance.
  5. Ability to lead small workgroups and handle escalations.
  6. Act as escalation point for unresolved issues and service requests.
  7. Demonstrate sound judgment and technical awareness.
