Role: Scrum Master / Business Analyst
Location: Vadodara (Preferred) | Remote India
Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Rangam is hiring a Scrum Master who can coach Agile teams, manage sprint execution, and support business analysis for our software development projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the staffing/workforce domain, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage 3–5 full-cycle Scrum projects end to end. Experience with U.S. Medicaid or healthcare is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams to follow Agile principles.
  • Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release readiness.
  • Maintain sprint backlogs, burndown charts, and progress tracking using Azure DevOps and Excel.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT coordination.
  • Understand staffing workflows (ATS, onboarding, candidate lifecycle, vendor management).
  • Work with development, QA, and operations teams for smooth delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience as a Scrum Master + BA.
  • Scrum Certification (CSM/PSM) – mandatory.
  • Delivered 3–5 full end-to-end Scrum projects.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Sprint Management, Reports).
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (tracking, reporting, data validation).
  • Experience in the staffing domain (ATS, recruitment lifecycle).
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with U.S. teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to U.S. Medicaid or healthcare payer systems.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries for validation.
  • Knowledge of API-based systems and integrations.
