About the Role
We are hiring a Scrum Master with strong Business Analysis expertise and a proven background in Healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will lead Agile delivery, drive requirement clarity, and partner closely with cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects. This role is accountable for sprint execution, stakeholder alignment, and domain-driven outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release readiness.
- Coach Agile teams on delivery standards, velocity improvement, and continuous value delivery.
- Own sprint artifacts: backlog creation, prioritization, capacity planning, burndown tracking, and delivery governance metrics.
- Perform detailed Business Analysis: gather requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain functional documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Developers, Data teams, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Run UAT cycles — test coordination, clarifications, triage, closure, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Apply healthcare knowledge to workflows such as payer systems, Medicaid, eligibility, claims processing, provider onboarding, compliance, or similar.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–8 years of combined Scrum Master + BA experience.
- Healthcare domain experience — mandatory (payer, Medicaid, claims, provider, EHR/EMR, compliance).
- Scrum Certification (CSM / PSM) — mandatory.
- Delivered 3–5 complete end-to-end Scrum projects.
- Demonstrated experience with Azure DevOps (boards, sprint management, reporting).
- Strong MS Excel (tracking, dashboards, pivot tables, validation).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to interface with onsite stakeholders and distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
- Prior hands-on exposure to U.S. Medicaid or healthcare payer systems.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation.
- Understanding of API-driven platforms, integrations, and multi-system workflows.
