Job Summary
 

We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to lead and support key technology initiatives, with a primary focus on ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, and a proven track record of driving IT projects from planning through execution and delivery.

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management. 
  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
  • Agile/Waterfall Methodologies
  • PMP Certification
    Key Responsibilities
     
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
     
  • Lead the ServiceNow and Asset Registry implementation, coordinating efforts between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
     
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
     
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
     
  • Ensure all deliverables meet business requirements, scope, and quality standards.
     
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics, driving accountability and transparency.
     
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business units, and leadership to maintain project alignment with organizational goals.
     
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports and documentation for stakeholders and executive leadership.

 

Qualifications
 

  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management.
     
  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations or similar enterprise platforms.
     
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
     
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
     
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet.
     
  • Hands-on familiarity with ServiceNow modules related to Asset Management, ITSM, or CMDB.
     
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
     
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset.
     
  • Self-starter capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.
     
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
     
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are mandatory.
     
  • Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
