JD for Product Validation:

Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Education: BE/ B. Tech, ME/ M. Tech
a) Should have Knowledge of testing principles, Validation and Verification of products.
b) Must have knowledge on Flash Memory, and familiarity with at least one protocol such as SD, SDexpress, USB, SCSI, PCIe, or NVMe is necessary.
c) Skilled in creating detailed test plans and setting execution timelines effectively. Capability to formulate test cases based on provided requirements.
d) Skilled in formulating test plans based on end-user perspective & scenarios.
e) Must have knowledge of Debugging and Failure Analysis of the identified issues.
f) Should have capability and experience of capturing and analyzing Front End / Back End Traces for ex. Protocols Analyzer/Lecroy Traces, PCAP traces, Wireshark traces etc
g) Possesses strong understanding capabilities for test scenarios, with adept execution skills.
h) Knowledge of Defect tracking tools is a must.
i) Preferred awareness of semiconductor devices and hardware components.
j) Experience with Python programming is a Plus
k) Should be proactive, self-motivated and has ability to perform multi-task and meet deadlines.
l) Ability to collaborate on projects and work independently.m) Must be able to document the failures/issues and should be able to prepare the reports of
execution and test summary.
n) Should be a good learner and have a zeal to learn new things.
o) Exhibiting a positive attitude, being hardworking, and willing to extend working hours when necessary.
p) Should be a good team player and must create a positive environment in the team.
