Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, and Managed Resource services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Create persuasive proposals, pitch decks, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure.

Client Relationship Management

  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to promote the brand.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and steady business growth.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, understand workforce requirements, and propose suitable staffing solutions.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Work closely with leadership to develop new service offerings based on market demand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, specifically in IT Staff Augmentation / Contract Staffing.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and resource deployment models.
  • Demonstrated ability in generating leads, managing enterprise accounts, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Additional Attributes- Strong network of IT clients (BFSI, Telecom, E-commerce, Product, and IT Services sectors preferred).- Ability to manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.- High energy, self-driven, and passionate about sales.- Jaipur-based or willing to relocate
