Profile: Instructional designer with at least 5-10 years’ experience, should be able to work from client's Bangalore office, ability to manage multiple deliverables, develop e-Learning courses, experience with authoring tools Articulate Studio or Articulate Storyline, and experience updating web pages similar to SharePoint.

  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content, Reshaping content for changing needs.
  • Structuring content and optimizing learning.
  • Ensuring content matches established objectives. Conducting any research required.
  • Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify the target audience’s training needs

  • Vyond Online Tool
  • Learning Management Systems (Articulate online, Success Factors, etc.)
  • Good Proficiency in MS Office Automation Tools

  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication.
  • Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Editing content to ensure voice, grammar and style is on point
  • Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
  • Writes informative and engaging content to improve a brand's visibility
  • Content writers produce well-researched content materials, such as blogs, articles, emails, and social media posts.
