Graphic Designer – Rangam Marketing Team

 

Overview

Rangam is seeking a  Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into clean, modern, scroll stopping visuals. You will own the look and feel of our marketing collateral across channels, from sales one pagers and event flyers to slide decks, digital ads, and social media content.

 

This role is ideal for someone who understands both design and marketing, cares about accessibility and clarity, and is excited to support a brand that leads with empathy, inclusion, and innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Create modern, on-brand designs for:
    • Flyers and event materials
    • Sales one-pagers and case studies
    • PowerPoint and Google slide decks
    • Social media graphics
    • Email headers, banners, and simple web assets
    • Trade show and conference materials
  • Translate strategic briefs into clear visual concepts that support campaign goals and key messages.
  • Develop and maintain consistent visual systems, including layouts, typography, color usage, iconography, and imagery across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, leadership, and product teams to understand business needs and turn them into effective visual communication.
  • Adapt complex ideas, services, and data into simple, easy to understand visuals such as diagrams, frameworks, and light infographics.
  • Prepare production ready files for print and digital channels, following vendor specifications and best practices.
  • Organize and manage design assets in a way that makes it easy for the broader team to find and reuse templates, icons, and images.
  • Support and evolve Rangam brand guidelines, helping ensure consistency in every touchpoint while keeping the look and feel current and fresh.
  • Apply principles of accessibility and universal design so assets are usable and welcoming for diverse audiences.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Marketing Designer creating collateral for B2B or professional services brands for/within the United States market and audience.
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates:
    • Modern, clean visual style
    • Thoughtful use of typography, color, and spacing
    • Effective layouts for print and digital
  • Examples of slide decks, social graphics, and marketing materials
  • Ability to design within an existing brand while also contributing ideas to elevate and refine it.
  • Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to:
  • Take direction and feedback
  • Ask sharp questions to clarify goals
  • Present and explain design choices to non-designers
  • Comfort working within realistic timelines and juggling multiple projects at the same time.
  • Attention to detail from initial concept through final file delivery.

 

Tools

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially:
    • Illustrator
    • InDesign
    • Photoshop
  • Experience creating polished presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of preparing assets for web, email, and social platforms.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with accessibility guidelines for digital content.
  • Interest in workforce solutions, disability inclusion, or diversity, equity, and inclusion focused work.

 

How Success Will Be Measured

  • Quality and consistency of visual assets across channels and campaigns.
  • Feedback from internal stakeholders on clarity, usability, and impact of materials.
  • On time delivery of projects within agreed scopes.
  • Contribution to raising the overall visual standard of Rangam marketing and sales enablement materials.
