Job Description
Oracle Cloud Compensation Module Lead • 6 to 10 years of implementation experience in HCM area – Compensation Benefits with a minimum of +5 years of experience with Fusion HCM applications as a Functional Consultant and +2 year of experience as a functional lead. • Should have worked on at least 2 end-to-end implementations of Fusion HCM application • Experience in capturing business requirements, working with client key stakeholders, and conducting workshops. • Must be well versed with the Life Cycle Methodology (AIM, OUM) for Fusion Projects on Cloud or On-Premise. • Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels. • Ability to interact with customers, and communicate with IT, HR Team and leadership. Candidate should have: • Experience of translating user interface, reports, integrations and all key project documentations • Knowledge on intra-module dependencies for all HCM value streams. • Should have worked collected functional requirements for inbound and outbound interfaces • Experience in Oracle Fusion business process configuration, Workflows, Security and other required configurations• • Should have good exposure to customer facing roles in implementation, Roll Out and Support Engagements. Good in spoken and written communication It is good to have, • Should have good knowledge of Data loading tools like - HCM Data Loader Soft Skills, • Candidate be Flexible to work in an agile environment
