Job Description

Leading the work associated with the implementation of a Oracle Core and Workforce Compensation, including Design, Configuration and Build, Testing, and Cutover to Production Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client 7+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud with at least 4 full life cycle implementations 7+ years of strong functional and/or technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM Cloud system in Compensation and Core HR Module 7+ years of experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met Preferred to Have Oracle HCM Compensation Cloud Certified
