Global HCM Security Position Details Skill Oracle HCM Cloud HCM Advance controls(Risk Management Cloud) Position Oracle HCM Cloud Techno Functional – HCM Security Skill Distribution Functional 70% - Technical 30% Years of Experience 05+ Years Band* C1 Location Open PAN India (Mumbai is preferred location) No. Of Openings Job Description and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Techno-functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert to support the team through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for • Worked on Global Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Projects. • Experience on Advance access controls and Advance Transaction Controls. • Worked on Segregation of Duties. • Worked on Audit for HCM business objects , PII and Security. • Access Certifications and Advanced access requests. • Identify Security requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Application. • Conduct Design Workshops for Oracle Global HCM Security. • Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Security and build extensions for them. • Worked on Multiple Geographies, experienced in working on Global roles. • Proficient in Writing Custom Criteria for Security Profiles. • Worked on HCM modules security for – Core HR, Recruitment, Talent, Benefits, Absence and Payroll. • Access management for Users and Roles. • Worked on HDLs and loaded Users and Roles data. • Good to have experience on IDCS , Oracle Cloud Identity Administration. • Develop Security and Validation Strategies Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud. • Should have good knowledge of HCM Design Studio and Page Composer The candidate must have: • 5+ years of implementation experience in HCM Cloud. • Should have worked on at least one end-to-end implementations for HCM Advance controls(Risk management Cloud) • Must-have good knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance. • Experience in capturing business requirements, working with client key stakeholders, and conducting workshops. • Must be well versed with the Life Cycle Methodology for Fusion Projects. • Ability to interact with technical and functional internal teams at all levels. • Ability to interact with customers, and communicate with IT, HR Team and leadership. • Knowledge on redwood. • Must be well versed with Oracle HCM – Global HR quarterly patches. • Ability to work independently on tasks assigned. Candidate should have: • Experience of translating user interface, reports, documentations (functional technical). • Knowledge on intra-module dependencies for all HCM value streams. • Experience in Oracle Fusion business process configuration, Workflows, Security and other required configurations. • Should have good exposure to customer facing roles in implementation, Roll Out and Support Engagements. • Soft Skills: - Good in spoken and written communication - Candidate be Flexible to work in an agile environment
