We are seeking a highly skilled HR BP with experience of Employee Relations to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on workplace matters, handling investigations, performance review support, and employee relations issues. This role focuses primarily on US operations, with knowledge of UK, India, Canada, and Puerto Rico employment practices preferred.
What You’ll Do – Requirement is for both India and US based Teams.
- Respond to daily employee relations inquiries from employees and managers, both in India based teams and US team.
- Lead investigations into harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and other sensitive matters, US and India.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Compliance to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant adjudications.
- Support managers in performance review processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date job descriptions.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and work authorization requirements, partnering with Global HR lead and HR Legal and Compliance Specialist. knowledge of India, and United Kingdom laws is a plus.
- Maintain knowledge of, monitor, and apply changes in federal, state, and local employment laws (US) (India), working with the internal specialist.
- Analyze employee relations trends and propose improvements to strengthen workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of Employee Relations experience with US required; exposure to international workforce management is a plus.
- Good to Strong knowledge/Experience of US employment laws (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA) having worked and experience within US based companies. knowledge/experience of UK, India, and Canada/PR labor laws, an advantage
- Ensure compliance with key India labor laws including Shops & Establishments, ID Act, POSH, EPF/ESI, and Maternity Benefit Act.
- Demonstrated experience conducting confidential investigations and resolving complex employee issues.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- HR certifications preferred.
- Employee Relations certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high standards of accuracy and discretion.
