We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer with 4 to 8 years of professional experience for a hybrid role based in Noida. The role focuses on developing and maintaining business-critical applications where reliability, performance, and scalability are essential.

The selected candidate should have strong hands-on experience in backend development using Java and associated frameworks. A thorough understanding of Java core concepts, including multithreading, processing, and system optimization, is required. The role also demands the ability to analyze problems from an architectural perspective and design solutions that support high-volume, performance-intensive business transactions.

Design-oriented thinking is important, as the applications support key business operations for end users. The candidate should be capable of building scalable, efficient, and maintainable systems while adhering to established design principles and best practices.
