  • Good communication skills to support end users and clarify workflow behavior

Workfront SME (Workflow Automation + Fusion Enhancements) : 2 FTEs

Role Title: Workfront SME – Workflow Automation (with Fusion Experience)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6+  years

We are looking for a Workfront Subject Matter Expert who can monitor, troubleshoot, and uplift newly launched campaign workflow automation in Adobe Workfront. This role requires strong functional expertise in Workfront and hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion to enhance and evolve workflows based on campaign manager requests.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  • Monitor automated campaign workflows to ensure forms, approvals, and routing logic function correctly.
  • Identify issues across submissions, approvals, and workflow stages.
  • Fix functional issues inside Workfront and support stability of existing flows.

Workflow Optimization & Evolution (Fusion)

  • Enhance and evolve campaign workflows using Workfront Fusion.
  • Translate business requests from campaign managers into workflow logic changes.
  • Develop small-to-medium Fusion workflows to improve automation.
  • Ensure all enhancements are compliant with governance and best practices.

End-User Support & Enablement

  • Act as the primary SME for workflow-related questions from campaign managers and internal teams.
  • Provide clarifications, training, and documentation to support adoption.
  • Assist in onboarding teams to new or updated workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of experience with Adobe Workfront (workflow creation, forms, approvals).
  • Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion for workflow enhancement or automation tasks.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Workfront processes.
  • Ability to translate business processes into Workfront workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Experience in campaign operations, marketing workflows, or MarTech is a plus.

Good to Have

  • Workfront or Fusion certifications
  • Experience integrating Workfront with AEM, CRM, or other marketing systems
  • Understanding of governance, naming conventions, or workflow best practices
