Tag QA Specialist – Mobile Analytics (Banking Domain)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform QA for mobile app analytics implementations on iOS and Android platforms.
- Validate Adobe Analytics tracking implemented via Adobe Mobile SDK / AEP Mobile SDK.
- Verify app lifecycle events, screen views, user interactions, and custom mobile events.
- Validate event payloads, context data, and XDM mappings (where applicable).
- Debug SDK-related issues using tools such as Charles Proxy, Logcat, Xcode, or similar.
- Ensure consistency of tracking across different app versions and OS releases.
- Support validation of hybrid apps and webviews within mobile applications.
- Identify tracking gaps and recommend implementation improvements.
- Collaborate with mobile developers, QA teams, and analytics engineers.
- Maintain mobile analytics QA documentation and test cases.
- Support governance, release validation, and post-production monitoring.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Mobile Analytics QA.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Mobile SDK (AEP SDK).
- Experience validating analytics on iOS and Android platforms.
- Understanding of mobile app architecture and event-based tracking.
- Experience with network sniffing and mobile debugging tools.
- Knowledge of Web SDK for mobile or hybrid app implementations is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AEP Edge Network and XDM.
- Exposure to mobile consent frameworks and privacy compliance.
- Banking or financial services mobile app experience.
