We’re looking for an experienced Adobe Target Developer who can hit the ground running and help us scale our experimentation & personalization roadmap.
Role: Adobe Target Developer
Availability: Immediate joiners only / Serving notice ≤ 15 days preferred


What you’ll work on:
Build & deploy A/B, MVT and personalization campaigns in Adobe Target
Implement experience targeting and audience-based experiments using Target
Work closely with analytics, marketing and UX teams to design test hypotheses and variants
Translate business requirements into Target activities, offers and experiences
Debug & troubleshoot implementation issues across web, mobile web or apps
Ensure clean integration with Adobe Analytics / AEP / Launch (or other TMS)
Must-have skills:
6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target (VEC + Form-based)
Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS for building custom experiences
Experience with at least one Tag Management System (Adobe Launch / Tealium / GTM)
Understanding of A/B testing concepts, personalization, audiences & reporting
Ability to work in a client-facing, fast-paced environment and handle multiple experiments
Nice-to-have:
Exposure to Adobe Analytics, AEP, or broader Adobe Experience Cloud
Experience working with US / EU clients in digital marketing, ecommerce or BFSI
Familiarity with performance debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, network debugging, etc.)
