• Job Description Summary -
Possesses knowledge in a specialized function like Payroll/ Human Resources Shared Services. Individual Contributor (IC) role with responsibility to deliver critical to quality metrics for the organization. Perform payroll/full & final settlements transactions and other statutory/regulatory requirements.
May also be required to manage employee queries and provide firsthand resolution in HR shared services.
Incumbents would be Graduates / Postgraduates with 24 - 60 months of work experience.

Job Description:
Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for India employees, in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Acts as the first point of contact for HR Service center queries from across India employees, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Supports internal and external audits, reporting requirements, and drives continuous process improvements to enhance overall service delivery.

• Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll in accordance with company policies and local statutory requirements.
• Perform validation and reconciliation of payroll data prior to finalization to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Responding to employee queries related to Payroll, HR Policies, and guidelines.
• Assist with Payroll audits and support internal/external auditors.
• Stay updated with changes in tax regulations, statutory deductions, and other payroll related legislation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to payroll processing and service delivery.
• Responsible for managing any escalations and or urgent emails.
• Ensuring Payroll critical request are addressed on priority during payroll cut-offs and or if escalated.

• Requirements:
• Education: Bachelors/Masters (Preferably HR)
• Certifications If Any: (Preferably HR)
• Experience Range: 2 to 5 Years
• Work Timings: Willing to work in shifts – Window: 09:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m.

Mandatory skills:
• At least 2 years’ experience in managing Payroll / HR service center.
• Strong MS Excel, Word & PPT skills. Macro skills will be an added advantage.
• Should possess strong Logical/Analytical skills - ability to think out of the box and propose process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have a good experience in creating project related artifacts, capability deck etc.
• Should be able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
