Job Description
Designation: Domestic Recruiter
Location: Vadodara
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Team Leads and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
- Strategize and implement effective recruiting methods to attract high-quality candidates.
- Draft and post engaging job advertisements across job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others to source and manage candidates effectively.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Continuously stay updated on market trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills must be confident while interacting with both candidates and clients.
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools and hands-on experience with job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, etc.
- Smart, hardworking, and result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of recruitment policies, methods, and compliance norms.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- 2 to 7 years of experience in domestic technical recruitment.
- Experience in BFSI, IT, or technology hiring will be an added advantage.
Desired Skills:
- Recruitment Skills, IT client handling experience, contract staffing in MSP space is must
