Qualification & Experience

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree (or equivalent) with specialization in Human Resources
  • 6–9 years of relevant experience in change management and HR consulting
  • Experience executing change management initiatives on global client engagements
  • Exposure to HR Transformation, Digital Strategy, and ERP Transformation programs
  • Experience driving business readiness, adoption, and behavioral change in large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong hands-on experience across key OCM elements, including:
    • Change strategy and visioning
    • Communication strategy and execution
    • Change impact and business readiness assessments
    • Stakeholder management and engagement
    • Training design, development, and delivery
    • Change networks and organizational alignment
  • Experience in instructional design, learning content development, and deployment
  • Proven ability to design and deliver behavioral interventions to support cultural change and adoption

 

Preferred / Good to Have

  • PROSCI®, APMG, or equivalent Change Management certification
  • Experience designing and facilitating stakeholder workshops
  • Strong background in communication strategy and execution
  • Exposure to digital and innovative change solutions (automation, gamification, analytics, visualization, day-in-the-life workshops)
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (SPSS, Power BI, R, Spotfire)
  • Exposure to HCM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or other HR technologies
  • Working knowledge of project management principles
