Core services at a glance

  • Training operations: full lifecycle from assignment and enrolment to attendance, feedback, completion tracking, and exceptions.
  • Communications & stakeholder updates: targeted messaging and reporting to managers, divisional management/COOs, and HR partners.
  • Shared mailbox operations: triage, SLA tracking, and deflection to knowledge assets (Jive/SharePoint/AskOps).
  • Event & session logistics: registrations, room/virtual setup, attendance capture, and utilisation reporting for leadership connects.
  • Vendor coordination & invoice tracking: calendar management, reschedules, confirmations, and last-minute change handling.
  • Analytics & automation: bespoke reports and dashboards (Excel/Power BI) with opportunities for automation (e.g., Alteryx).

Technical Proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Advanced Excel preferred (functions, PivotTables; exposure to automation/macros a plus)
  • Experience with Power BI/Tableau for dashboards (nice to have)
  • Exposure to Alteryx or similar data preparation tools (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with Jive/SharePoint; basic HTML an advantage
