Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location :  Jaipur

  • Shift timings: 7:00 AM to 4.30 PM
  • Number of days work from office: 3

Role Description:

The Process Executive will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. He/she needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. He/she should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in his/her absence and share best practices with the team.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Daily reconciliation of Nostro, Cash Wash and Security Wash accounts (Transaction level) over TLM.
  • Client's System Reconciliation between other platforms like Avaloq, Kondor, Marginman.
  • MRP (Management review process) reconciliation.
  • Performance of SOX monthly certification for regulatory and compliance purpose.
  • Preparation of various weekly and monthly MIS for management oversight.
  • Communication with different teams and onshore for break investigation and issues solving.
  • Supporting team in trainings, taking new tasks and automation projects.
  • To increase production efficiency and resource saving -identification of process improvement ideas and supporting Robotics team in decoding and testing the formulas from original macros and tools for live process under Blue Prism
  • Catering Account opening and closing request over internal ledger system.
  • Support project team on migration projects.
  • Handling of any other Adhoc projects assigned by the supervisor.

Your skills and experience

  • Diploma or Degree in a related discipline
  • Knowledge of Financial operations, investment banking sector.
  • Good communication
  • Hands on experience in working on MS -office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet project timelines.
