Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Analysis / Reconciliation
- Deliver objective analysis of error trends and opportunities. -- identify root cause
- Resolve recon exceptions/discrepancies and document the resolution process
- Validate data integrity is maintained in client facing displays
- Assist the management team in developing metrics to show progress / completion of data analysis / reconciliation
- Ensure that the status reports produced are accurate, relevant, complete, and actionable
Process Improvements & Procedures
- Assist the management team in improving metrics
- Analyze operational/technology processes for gaps, inefficiencies, potential redundancies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop trending reports & standard benchmarks for metrics, providing guidelines for identifying issues
Project Work
- A good understanding of Operations, Technology and Risk
- Support creation, modification and review of test plan and test summary documents
- Assist the management team in developing metrics that demonstrate the progress / completion of functionality testing
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E, and W9 tax documentation
- Knowledge of 1099 and 1042-S reporting
- Excellent written and communication, organization, and time management skills
- Adaptable to dynamic work environments and priorities
- Demonstrate ownership and sense of urgency in resolving inquiries and issues
