Business System Analyst

 

About Position

 

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our Sales System Transformation team, specializing in Order Management within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. In this role, you will support initiatives that improve order management workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen alignment across Sales, Finance, and Operations. This position is ideal for someone with solid O2C process knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into clear process improvements.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Process Analysis & Documentation
    • Document current-state order management processes (order capture, booking, validation, fulfillment, invoicing).
    • Identify inefficiencies, risks, and pain points through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
    • Assist in designing and documenting future-state processes and business requirements.
  • Project & Transformation Support
    • Provide business process input during system enhancement projects and transformation initiatives.
    • Support cross-functional workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and UAT (user acceptance testing).
    • Track issues and ensure business needs are communicated clearly to IT and project teams.
  • Reporting & Metrics
    • Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to define and track order management KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, cycle times, fulfillment SLAs).
    • Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into process performance.
    • Support root-cause analysis of order management issues and recommend improvements.
  • Change Management & Training
    • Develop training materials and process documentation for end-users.
    • Support rollout and adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
    • Act as a point of contact for order management process questions from business teams.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, or O2C process support.
  • Strong skills in business process analysis, documentation, and improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Prior exposure to global operations or ERP/CRM implementation projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
