Job Description
What you'll do in the role:
- Review and analysis of business requirements for controllers to convert manual processes into automated Alteryx workflows
- Business Analysis of existing use cases to understand the workflows and convert everything into digital automations
- Liaison with Clients and IT colleagues to identify new requirements, create user stories and track prioritization and remediation.
- Develop collaborative relationships with a squad working across different regions.
- Take part in Squad meetings providing updates and reporting for Clients and Senior Management.
- Communicate and escalate to line management as appropriate.
- Adhere to the Firm’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls
- Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards
What you'll bring to the role:
- Advanced Alteryx expert who has worked on multiple complex workflows and developed Alteryx solutions in Finance Domain
- Expertise in Trade Life Cycle across Asset Classes with particular emphasis on Derivatives & Secured Financing Transactions (SFT).
- Experience in projects/system involving automation tools i.e. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage to tight deadlines whilst balancing multiple priorities.
- Highly numerate with an attention to detail and accuracy, coupled with strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience of data modelling and investigation with the ability to identify issues, develop and implement practical solutions.
- Ability to understand and evaluate processes and key controls. Experienced in implementing change effectively to improve existing processes.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to liaise with colleagues/clients of all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work consistently and efficiently to achieve goals either as an individual or as part of a team.
- Experience of Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel and Visio.
- Experience of investigating, summarising and presenting results in a meaningful format to clients and Senior Management.

- Advanced Knowledge and build experience of Alteryx Workflows
- Agile experience within a squad/Fleet
- Knowledge of traditional Project Management approaches.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, ability to analyse large datasets
- Strong co-ordination/ organisation skills, co-ordinating across the various teams involved in project delivery (IT, end users/SMEs, other stakeholders)
