The contingent worker will handle prompt response to agent bank’s queries via MT 199/299 during APAC/EMEA hours based in Mumbai.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing & Categorizing agent bank queries received via SWIFT - MT 199/MT 299
  • Performing Business outreach internally to find the responsible team the query belongs to
  • Work collaboratively with the business unit for a prompt and a conclusive response
  • Ensuring necessary approvals from payment governance or Compliance as needed before sending a response to the agent
  • Ensuring prompt escalations and no ETA breaches set by the Agent Banks

 

1.Years of exp: 1 – 2 years

2.Shift timing: 12 pm to 9 pm

3.Location: Mumbai

4.WFO/Hybrid: WFO

5.Contract duration: 1 year

6.Acceptable notice period: 30 days

7.Must have skillset: Good communication, and excel experience.
