Description:

• 3–7 years hands on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS)
• Strong expertise in:
o Groovy scripting
o Calc Manager business rules
o Forms, dashboards, navigation flows
o Data Management & integrations
o Metadata design and maintenance
• Understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, variance analysis).
• Experience with integrated financial planning (Workforce, CapEx, Opex, Revenue) with ability to identify opportunities to improve performance, user experience, automation, and application functionality.
• Comfortable working in agile delivery environments.
• Experience of integration with Oracle Fusion ERP/ FCCS/ EPM Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS) using Data Management, EPM Automate, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or cloud integration tools.
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools (MR, Narrative Reporting).
• Professional certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud (nice to have)
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills; able to partner with Finance and IT stakeholders through workshops, documentation and end-user training.
• Proactive, accountable, and comfortable in fast paced environments.
