  • Shift timings: EMEA shift (currently 1.15pm – 10.44pm IST, post day light saving it will be 12.15pm – 9.45pm)
  • Number of days work from office: 3 days

Role Overview:

 The operations Analyst will support the day-to-day operational activities related to derivatives, primarily Futures & Operations (F&O). The role involves trade matching, margin monitoring, bookings and reconciliation ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Daily matching and confirmation of F&O trades across brokers and internal systems.
  • Handle daily margin processing, including initial margin and variation margin, ensure timely booking and adherence to cut-offs.
  • Monitor and resolve reconciliation breaks related to trades, positions, Margins and cash.
  • Investigate and clear exceptions or discrepancies in timely manner by coordinating with custodians and clearers.
  • Respond to internal and external queries efficiently and within defined timelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions in line with SLAs.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and operational excellence.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, commerce or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets, derivatives and asset management products.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
