Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and develop solutions in Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing), Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
  • Manage Salesforce environments (sandboxes, deployments) via Change Sets, Gearset, or Copado, ensuring zero-downtime releases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, demo configurations, and provide training/support for optimal adoption.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform health checks, and optimize performance for high-volume sales and revenue processes.
  • Document configurations, contribute to Agile sprints, and support data migrations using Data Loader or ETL tools.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend best practices for compliance and security.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years as Salesforce Admin/Developer, with proven expertise in Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud (essential).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations (e.g., with ERP systems or MuleSoft).
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions, requirement elicitation, and user training.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform Developer I/II, Revenue Cloud Consultant) highly preferred.

Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent; experience in Agile environments a plus.
