Job Description

Responsibilites:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Agentforce agents, actions, workflows, and guardrails
  • Support AI-driven agent use cases for sales, service, and revenue operations
  • Monitor Agentforce performance, accuracy, and adoption
  • Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and data access policies
  • Troubleshoot Agentforce automation and agent execution issues
  • Administer Salesforce Revenue Management / Revenue Cloud solutions (RLM, CPQ, Billing, Contracts)
  • Configure products, pricing, discounting, entitlements, and revenue schedules
  • Manage quote-to-cash workflows including quoting, ordering, invoicing, and renewals
  • Support revenue recognition processes and integrations with ERP/finance systems
  • Maintain contract lifecycle management and subscription models
  • Participate in release planning, testing, and deployments related to Agentforce and revenue features
  • Support UAT and production validation for revenue and AI enhancements
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit artifacts
  • Stay current with Salesforce seasonal releases and roadmap updates for Agentforce and Revenue Cloud

 

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Revenue Management, or CPQ/Billing solutions
  • Experience configuring Salesforce automation (Flow, approvals, validation rules)
  • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash and revenue lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with AI-powered Salesforce features, including Agentforce or Einstein capabilities
