Job Title- Vendor Management Analyst
Location- Mumbai
Note:
· Specific/ mandatory skills: Process: Third party Risk Management, contract management, vendor lifecycle. Tools: Coupa, Sirion & Ariba
· Experience range: 4-5 yrs

· Contract duration: 8 months
· Shift timings: 11:30 AM IST – 8:30 PM IST
· Number of days work from office: 3 days (Wed-Fri)

Your key responsibilities
· Assist in managing vendor relationships: Support the team in various stages of the vendor lifecycle, including assisting with sourcing, understanding contract terms and registration processes.
· Support vendor engagement and risk management: Help as a point of contact for vendor inquiries, adapt risk management tool and contribute to the vendor risk management process under guidance.
· Contribute to daily vendor management tasks: Execute assigned daily activities and tasks related to vendor management, ensuring timely completion of remediation activities.
· Support seniors in process additional key deliverables – Assist seniors/leads in key initiatives and projects.
· Learn to monitor and optimize supplier performance: Assist in tracking supplier performance metrics and contribute to building positive vendor relationships.
Your skills and experience
· University degree in economics, apprenticeship in banking or equivalent qualification
· Has some familiarity with concepts related to contracts, service delivery, risk management, and how vendor performance is managed.
· Eager to learn about working with external partners (third parties) and collaborating within cross-functional teams. Shows an interest in understanding Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM), Service Delivery Management (SDM), and Third-Party Management (TPM) principles.
· Possesses a curious and analytical mindset, is motivated to learn and solve problems, and is open to feedback while maintaining a professional attitude.
· Strong communicative skills in English (verbal and written)
