Job Description 
?This role ensures that Third Party Risk Management & Sustainability administrative activities (vendor management, Vendor onboarding Risk assessment, supply chain risk management, responsible sourcing management) are processed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company policiesThis role will perform the following recurring activities in support of the TPRMS: 
· Administrative and Information Support 
· Compliance Management 
· Training and Awareness 
· Stakeholder and Supplier Information Maintenance 
· Reporting and Data Governance 
· System and User Administration Management 
· Identify areas where the processes can be streamlined and suggest improvements. 
 
Qualifications?Education: 
High school diploma or equivalent.? An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus. 
Experience: ? 
· At least 7 years in the Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability or Risk Management in a similar and medium-scale manufacturing environment 
· Experience with using a multi-national ERP system 
 Key Competencies 
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
· Basic understanding of procurement processes and terms is preferred. 
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal. 
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic experience with ERP or procurement software is an advantage. 
· International Procurement/Purchasing 
· Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks. 
· Good command of spoken?and written English 
· Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics
