Role- Client Service Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Notes:

· Specific/ mandatory skills: Should have Excel knowledge and should be able to communicate in basic English.

· Experience range: Fresher is also okay.

· Open to considering fresher candidates (Yes/No): Yes

· Contract duration: 6 months.

· Shift timings: 9 am to 6:30 pm

· Number of days work from office: 5 working days.

Job role:

This position is responsible for the Inputting Inward and Outward Remittances.

 

· All activities related to Remittances are time bound and needs to be completed before market hours of 15:30 daily.

· Preparing sheets at 9 am informing branches about remittances to be processed for that day.

· Inputting of Inward and Outward remittance transactions in Finacle.

· Preparing Evening MIS of inward and outward remittances processed.

· Preparation of Charges file in the evening.

· SR query actioning.

· Reconciliation of Nostro account.

· Mails actioning.
