Job Description

KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

  • Proficiency in SAP Master Data (Specifically Customer Master Data)
  • Strong communication skills

Location: Electronic City- Bangalore

Shift Time: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Maintain Customers on SAP

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

• Ensure timely release of new customers
• Maintain Customer Master Inbox

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Creation of customers in SAP
• Release of new customers on SAP
• Maintenance of customers which includes reactivation, hierarchy maintenance and other activities
• Generate Customer reports based on the requests
• Identifying and cleansing customer master data

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors/Masters Degree

Experience:
1-3 Years’ experience in handling Customer data

Technical Skills / Competencies:
• Basic knowledge of Customer and their structure in the company
• Basic knowledge to work on SAP
• Basic MS-Excel knowledge

• Limited Interpersonal skills ,Problem Solving, Planning & Execution and Impactful Communication
