3.Shift timing – 11 AM to 8 PM (in the interim)

4.WFO/Hybrid – Hybrid 3 Days WFO

5.Location - Bengaluru

6.Must have skillset –Good Communication Skills, Intermediate Technical skills on Microsoft office suite, Proactive with strong time management skills

7.Good to have skillset – Knowledge of Financial services industry

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  1. Business & Operations Management
  • Support Operations team and senior management in facilitating key business aligned management programs and strategies
  • Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS across Business Management and Vendor Management areas.
  1. Governance & Execution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional groups including Corporate Services, Ops Admin, Ground Transport, COO Shared Services, Technology, and other Operations teams.
  • Facilitate and execute governance-related activities and operational initiatives.
  • Participate in cost-reduction, process improvement, and efficiency-enhancement projects.
  1. Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Conduct regular data reviews to validate accuracy and identify opportunities to improve existing frameworks.
  • Produce structured reporting packs, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Engage with stakeholders across divisions to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution.

 

Requirements

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Experience in financial services, preferably in Operations business management.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
