Key Responsibilities
- Business & Operations Management
- Support Operations team and senior management in facilitating key business aligned management programs and strategies
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS across Business Management and Vendor Management areas.
- Governance & Execution
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups including Corporate Services, Ops Admin, Ground Transport, COO Shared Services, Technology, and other Operations teams.
- Facilitate and execute governance-related activities and operational initiatives.
- Participate in cost-reduction, process improvement, and efficiency-enhancement projects.
- Reporting & Data Analysis
- Conduct regular data reviews to validate accuracy and identify opportunities to improve existing frameworks.
- Produce structured reporting packs, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage with stakeholders across divisions to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution.
Requirements
Technical & Professional Skills
- Experience in financial services, preferably in Operations business management.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
